Terms & Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Madam: The Talent Connection, a platform connecting clients with talents for booking services. By accessing or using Madam, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By using Madam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as any policies referenced, including the Cancel and Refund Policy.

1.2. Madam reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. User Accounts

2.1. Registration: Users must create an account to access the platform’s services. Clients and talents must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

2.2. KYC Requirements for Talents: Talents must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process before they can receive payments.

2.3. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Madam is not liable for unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence.

3. Usage Rules

3.1. Prohibited Activities:

Misrepresenting identity, qualifications, or services.
Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Posting abusive, offensive, or harmful content.
Circumventing platform systems to avoid fees or obligations.

3.2. Compliance: All users must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

3.3. Termination: Madam reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

4. Booking and Payment

4.1. Booking Process:

Clients can book talents based on availability.
Talents must accept bookings to confirm them.

4.2. Payment:

Clients must make full payment at the time of booking.
Payments are securely processed through a local payment gateway supporting credit/debit cards and e-wallets.

4.3. Talent Payment:

Payments to talents will be disbursed within 48-72 hours of successful job completion.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1. Client Cancellations: Once a booking is accepted by a talent, clients cannot cancel the booking. Exceptions apply as per the Cancel and Refund Policy.

5.2. Talent Cancellations: Talents may cancel bookings with at least a 6-hour lead time. Repeated cancellations may affect their profile visibility and platform access.

5.3. Refunds: Refund eligibility and processes are detailed in the Cancel and Refund Policy.

6. Liability

6.1. Madam provides a platform for connecting clients and talents but is not responsible for the quality or outcome of services provided by talents.

6.2. Madam is not liable for:

Losses arising from user interactions on the platform.
Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party services.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. Disputes Between Users:

Users should attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
If unresolved, disputes can be escalated to Madam support for mediation.

7.2. Platform Decisions: Madam reserves the right to make final decisions on disputes and issues reported.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content, trademarks, and materials on Madam are the intellectual property of Madam: The Talent Connection or its licensors.

8.2. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying platform content without prior authorization.

9. Privacy

9.1. User information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with the platform's Privacy Policy.

9.2. By using the platform, users consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of US, Delaware.

10.2. Any legal action or dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United States.
